As an additional service to our clients, we provide a Recruitment Service to help clients fill job vacancies within their organisations. We will post these job openings in this section of our website which will be updated regularly.
We following the following recruitment process:
- We profile the candidate required through close consultation with our client.
- We place advertisements in local papers etc.
- We screen applicants and interview potential candidates.
- From this process we compile a shortlist of suitable candidates and arrange second interviews to be held with the candidates and the client in attendence.
- We review the final list with you and help select the best candidate for the position.
